We've had this product for about a month now. The water tastes great but it comes out on the warmer side and is slow. I like my water very cold and expected the water to come out as cold as it does in the regular faucet but by the design of the product that is impossible since the water sits in the containers waiting to be used. The other con is that is does come out slow. Not a make or brake situation, but it would be nice if the water flowed faster. Can't comment on installation or cleaning. It was installed when we had our kitchen replaced and it is too new to have changed a filter or clean it. If you want fresh, clean tasting water, then I would recommend it. We also order the oil rubbed bronze finish... I would say it is more bronze then oil rubbed bronze, but luckily it matched the rest of the kitchen fixtures.

Glad I purchased this filter! My husband and I use to use the water filter system that you could store in your fridge. Always had a "particular" flavor. I will not use anything other than Aquasauna for my filtered water needs!

I needed a good water filter for drinking water. System was relatively easy to install although the directions could use more detail around how the gaskets should be positioned (I already know what way to put the one direction gaskets but the directions just say do it like the picture and the picture does not show which way the narrow side of the gasket should point.

The colour doesn't quite match my oil-rubbed bronze water tap but the quality of the water filter makes it worthwhile. We have a problem with too much salt in our water, and the filters have eliminated that problem.
