We got this as an upgrade to prolong the time between replacement filters. So far it has outperformed the older 2 stage model, with a pre filter catch, and the initial flow rate was much faster. After only a month however, we noticed slowing and now, 2 months in, it is much slower.

I've used pitcher type filters but I drink a lot of water and refilling the pitcher multiple times a day was a pain. I love having an endless supply of filtered water at my fingertips. I only wish the faucet came out a little further into the sink so I could set my containers in the sink to fill. As it is, I have to hold my container under the faucet which takes a while since the pour rate is not that fast.
