The system was very easy for my husband to install inside the cabinet under my sink. I use this water filter for all my cooking and drinking needs. It pours faster than the other "on the faucet" filter system I had before and doesn't "leak" (defeating the entire purpose of the filter!!). This system has been working just great. We have only had it about a month, and if the filters last as long as the company says, we will definitely be 100% satisfied!!!

We bought this water filter to replace an old Amway unit, for which we could no longer get replacement filters. We have not had the Aquasana unit very long, but so far we have no complaints. The unit was fairly easy to install, and although we have not yet replaced any filters, they look easy to install. The water tastes fine, but it did before. I have no way of knowing if it filters all the contaminants that it claims, but I have no evidence that it does not. I agree with others that the flow rate is pretty slow, but since I don't usually fill large containers, it has not been a big problem.
