Good design for simple installation. Instructions were clear, but did not provide a couple of pointers - 1 - check your water feed to make sure you can connect to service before starting; and 2 - follow the instructions in order presented. The two plastic tubes cannot be pulled out of the unit once you have started pushing them in.
I put it under my counter a week ago .. It needed to bought sth in order to complete the whole procedure .. The flow of the water is slow, but I believe that it does a good job... The water doesn't smells clorine (bleach)...
followed directions and all it does is leak water all over my hardwood floors. cut system out because of this now it is hanging under sink and worthless.
Pros: Durable
Cons: Difficult to install, Not durable, Slow pour, System Leaks All Over
Impressive system. Water tastes great. It was a longer process than I originally anticipated, at the end you'll need to add 3ml 5.25% chlorine and flush for 24 hours! It was a slight annoyance but felt legitimate. The water flows regularly now and is a comforting fixture in our office.
I compared diffent brand on today's market, it seems the best in terms of remove toxic materials from your water.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just finished installing my AQ5300+56. Installation was ok but the flow rate I am getting is only 0.23 gpm, which is about 1/3 or the rated flow of 0.72. Not sure why the flow is so low but now Im wondering if the filter is also not filtering the materials it was also advertised to remove.
