Really love it. Water taste really good.. overall easy to install, but had to drill through 2 inch of granite which was a pain; other then that it took 10 mins to install. Only con if any is that it is somewhat slow when it pour water but it maybe just me as I am used to gushing out water from tap.

Cons: Slow pour

I installed the filter a week ago and so far I am completely satisfied. The installation was easy, filters seem to be easy to replace. It pours a little slower than my previous RO filter, but the same as other under sink filters (about 1/2 gal per min). The faucet looks great and you can choose the finish. It is a high quality product.

Installation was simple, even with the custom tweaks I had to do to replace an older filter system. One poor design aspect: You can't tell if you've inserted the battery correctly, as the battery holder will go in in either direction. No beep or flashing lights to confirm proper installation. I'm just hoping that it's installed correctly. As with anything these days, no instruction manual or troubleshooting guide comes with the unit.

I have been distilling our drinking water for 10 plus years. Tired of distilling 1 gallon at a time, heating the house with distiller in summertime, and being concerned over wasting distilled water. I found this reasonably priced under sink water filter to replace current distiller. Now have good water to drink, make coffee, make ice, etc. Before could only keep up with drinking water for two. My husband is happier too! In addition to the above benefits, we no longer have our countertop covered with appliances.

Installation wasn't as smooth as I hoped, but I think that was partly. Ecause of the setup under my sink. I was still able to do it myself and am happy with the filter so far. Haven't gotten to the point where we need to replace the filters yet, but based on how it was to install them I expect that to be relatively simple.
