Great until you have to change the filters

We love our filtration system most days. There is a clear difference in the taste of our water when we use the filter, and we love it! We have had our filtration system for about 2+ years, and the absolute worst part of this filtration system is changing the filters. We've changed filters maybe 4 times. EVERY time we change the filters, we end up having a leak, and it takes anywhere from an hour to several days to fix. The first time it happened, the support desk had me insert a quarter at the bottom of the filter housing. The second time, I had to be sent all new filters. The third time, I had to pay for new housing tops for my filters. There seems to be inherent flaws with the filters, and there are definitely flaws with the housings/o-rings. We just changed our filters, and again, they are leaking. We really don't want to buy new housing tops, since we just bought them the last time we changed filters, so my husband used Vaseline to help seal the housing. Fingers crossed this works... It should not be this complicated to change filters. If you can deal with the hassle factor, this system is great. Just prepare for a headache every time you change filters.

Cons: Slow pour, Difficult to install, Not durable

The worst!

Under sink water filter replaced twice yet it's still not working. Lines up perfectly just as they said but nope. Did everything to trouble shoot but nope. Wasted time, money and frustration on this crap filter.
Cons: Slow pour, Filters need replacing too often, Difficult to install, Not durable

I can’t say enough good things about the Aquasana Claryum 3-Stage Max Flow in Brushed Nickel. It has completely transformed the way we think about tap water in our home. Not only does it perform exactly as promised, but it’s also a well-designed, attractive addition to our kitchen.
We decided to have it installed by a professional plumber, and the process couldn’t have been easier. From what I saw, it’s a straightforward installation, but having a plumber do it gave me confidence that everything was done correctly. The connections are rock solid, and there haven’t been any leaks or issues whatsoever. To be honest, I think the complaints about leaks are likely from people not following the installation instructions properly. They didn’t know what they were doing and shouldn’t be messing with plumbing. The system uses standard, industry-grade secure connections, and they seem very dependable and water tight.
Now let’s talk about the water. It tastes incredible. The difference is night and day compared to unfiltered tap water. It’s clean, crisp, and refreshing—like the kind of water you’d expect to get from a fancy bottled water brand. What I really love is knowing that it’s removing so many impurities. Whether I’m drinking it straight, making coffee, or cooking, it feels good knowing that my family is consuming cleaner, healthier water.

They included a plastic wrench that makes the job quick and painless. You don’t need any special tools, which I really appreciate. I do want to point out that you should only use the provided plastic wrench. Using a metal wrench could damage the cartridge housing permanently, and that’s something you definitely want to avoid. As long as you follow this advice, maintenance is as simple as it gets.
The design of the system itself is another highlight. The brushed nickel finish looks sleek and modern, and it blends perfectly with my kitchen decor. It doesn’t stick out like an eyesore the way some water filtration systems do. In fact, it’s so well-integrated that you barely notice it’s there—until you taste the water, of course.
Overall, the Aquasana Claryum 3-Stage Max Flow checks every box for me. It’s reliable, easy to use, and delivers great-tasting water. On top of that, it’s stylish and low-maintenance. If you’re on the fence about investing in a water filtration system, I can confidently say this one is worth every penny. Highly, highly recommend!
