Very satisfied with the ease of installation and the automatic replacement takes the guess work out of when to replace the filters, this insures that you will always have the finest quality water. Very important when you have the welfare of your family to think about.

Had difficulty getting a referral for installer, had to find someone on my own. The filter works fine and is a very good value for the money. I do find the faucet has a very slow pour so it takes a while to fill a pitcher of water. The water does taste much better though. I would recommend the product.

When installing filters keep towels handy because it will leak during removal. After the filter is placed in the housing be very careful not to over tighten because it will leak like crazy.
