Hard to replace filters

I have no problems with overall system but I am trying to replace filters I cannot open the filters they are very hard, I got a suggestion to wait some time and open waited 1 full day still no luck. It was mentioned not to use any tools while researching I found that all other systems has a wrench provided but not for this. Even Aquasana whole house system has a wrench to open filters. I dont know what to do now except calling a plumber and pay 100 more bucks to just replace the filters. I wish it is not that hard to replace filters.
Pros: Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Nice faucet
Cons: Difficult to install

My family and I use it everyday all day. We enjoy the great tasting water. We don't have to lug the 5 gallon jugs over and over anymore. We are very happy with this product. It wasn't the easiest to install. It was missing one 3/8th inch water line tube, I had to go to the store to purchase one witch was a bit frustrating. But I recommend raising filter system as it's worth it.

I had the whole house system installed from the city water connection. After approximatly 3 months of use the water in the entire house start smelling like fish (I had been changing the primary filter as recommended). The customer service tried to convince me that it is the water that smell, yet, it does NOT smell before the filter and it does after the filter. I completely lost confidence on the product and looking elsewhere.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

5 years ago we had the OptimH2O Reverse Osmosis + Claryum Filters installed under our kitchen sink. We had used a Counter Top AquaSauna Unit for many years before that. We are very pleased! I have changed and installed all the components of the system over the years. It is not difficult. The more room you have under your kitchen sink the easier it is the change the filters. We will continue with AquaSauna in the future. Customer Service does an especially good job!
