It was pretty interesting taking out the old filters and seeing some of the gunk it kept out of our water. The filters where easy to swap in and out. The water taste great and I feel confident with the water quality that comes out. I'm very happy with them.

I am not sure why you made it so difficult to chnage the filters . Its so difficult to even remove them from the casing. My previous filter system was so easy to chnage. Which encorages users to chnage their filters often

I have a prestine water source. San Francisco water comes from Hetch Hetchy. I’ve had this RO system for 6 months and am having to replace the filters for the third time. The issue appears to just be the stage 1 filter, yet they force you to buy stage 1 and 2 together. It’s because of those 2 issues (having to by the filters twice as often as you need to and that you have to buy the filters in sets) as the reasons that I wouldn’t recommend this filter system.

Cons: Slow pour, Filters need replacing too often, Not durable

Hetch Hetchy water i some of the putest water in the US The problem with this is the lack of minerals in the mountain runoff water and surface water in the Hetch Hetchy water supply. Our systems are activated by minerals in the water. If there are no or little minerals in the water on any given day due to the change in the source of the water, the unit will not activate. This is a common issue with Nortwestern communities due to the mountains and lakes being a major water source.

The unit works well but I wish it had more pressure. ALSO, the replacement filters don't come with instructions and there are none on their website. It would be a big help if they did
