The new filter is very good and works nicely. I would give it 5 stars for the product itself, but if it is sent missing a hose then takes a month to get the right hose, well, that is an issue. NOTE: my son got the exact same Osmosis Under the Sink Filtration System and his was also missing the same 3/8" hose. He is a plumber so he was able to use a different hose. There was issues with the hose leaking but he was able to fix his and mine. I am still waiting for the white 3/8" hose after I was sent the wrong one. Not sure why the 3/8" hose was not in the box because it is listed as a standard part. Water tastes good and we do love the filtration system. I would highly recommend it, although Aquasana really needs to do some work on Quality Control to ensure the white 3/8" hose is in ALL of their products when the Systems are being packed. Customer Service is good, the folks that are packing and shipping need training.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Nice faucet
The filters are fine, I'm sure, however during install I've had 2/3 canisters leak post install during testing. I've spoken with others how've done the install and they've experienced the same results. There's clearly an issue with the seal on the canisters for the filters.
Cons: Slow pour, Difficult to install, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Water tastes excellent and love the convenience. As far as replacing filters, it would be helpful to have marks to line up on the filter and where it screws in to get it in correct position to turn.
Thanks to the aquasana filters, our water no longer tastes like dirt and is clear rather than cloudy. Our tap water is heavily chlorinated, and the filters take all the smell and taste away. Installation is fairly straightforward and we were able to do it ourselves, without the help of a plumber.
Pros: Easy to clean, No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Durable
One of the two rubber O-rings at the top of the replacement yellow filter got mangled during a straightforward insertion. Its condition was noticed when a massive leak occurred upon reopening the water supply.
Pros: Clean taste, Nice faucet
Cons: Difficult to install, Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
