Being a long time customer of Aquasana, starting with a countetop filter years ago and eventually upgrading to an undersink unit, there was no question about choosing the OptimH2O reverse osmosis unit for our new home. Installation went without a hitch and I even learned a bit about working with PEX in the process. Customer service has always been top notch and warranty replacement was above and beyond with a previous filter unit.

We purchased the Aquasana RO unit and had it installed. Our water tasted terrible and was stinky. Even my cat would not drink it. We switched to bottled water at a big expense, not to mention the plastic overflow coming from us. Aquasana changed all that! Our drinking water is fantastic. No funny smells or aftertaste. Pure clean spring water describes it best. Aquasana makes it easy to to get our cat drinking again

I love my system, love the quality of the water and love the convenience of the subscribe and save. The only reason i gave a 4 instead of a 5 is because the filters need more changing than the available frequency they send out the filters. E.g. they are for every 6 months but by month 4 i need to reorder, paying more per product and shipping, and shipping takes 1-2 weeks.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Durable, Nice faucet, Easy to install
Cons: Filters need replacing too often
