I love my new filter. The water tastes amazing. I gave one to my neighbor who had prostrate surgery and usually doesn't do anything except what the doctor tells him. After drinking the water, he was able to go to the bathroom more easily and now even makes his coffee with the water. I also love the countertop with the spout because it is difficult for me to lift things. Love it. Sheila

The countertop water filter was so easy to install (within minutes), and I could not believe how different the water tasted. I used a Brita filter previously, and the taste was significantly different from that filtration, much sweeter. It's amazing how the taste of water impacted how much water I drink and how much I enjoy drinking water. Also appreciate the detailed filtration data/info that's provided.

Installation was very simple and we are greatly enjoying its ease of use. Was a huge leap forward from the standard pitcher-style filters we have been using for years. Highly recommend-- just know you can't use hot water through the filter! (we did not realize this until it arrived, but it wasn't an issue as we kept the warning posted near the sink as a reminder).

I really like having filtered water right there to use for cooking, drinking and filling the coffee maker and ice cube trays.
