I’ve been using my over-the-counter filter for probably 15 years and am very satisfied with it. I’ve even given it as a gift I like it so much. I have very old pipes which can really gunk up the water and by the time I change filters I’m appalled at what they have filtered out. It really makes a difference! I’ve always found the customer service people to be very helpful and friendly, which also makes a big difference.

We have been using this filter system for more than 10 years. Love the way the water tastes! Bought a second unit for our airstream trailer for travelling. Only con is there is no longer a dealer in Canada so much more expensive to import from the U.S. and takes forever to arrive!
