Slim design and ease of installation. However, we noticed there was a kink in one of the filter gasket that was causing the leak after installation. Will try it for a month or two and might ask for replacement. Leak is gone for now. Might be due to poor workmanship during installation. A filter change indicator light on the filter system is desirable.

Our Counter top filter unit is used in our kitchen. I really like the easy to clean sleek design of the unit and that it is thin enough to sit on the edge of the sink. I don't mind the filter tubes, I just have them wrapped around the back of the faucet and it keeps them out of the way. I wanted this unit because I like the portability of it and the easy change filters. I picked this brand of filter because of all of the contaminants that it removes, even some medicines that could be in our drinking water.

I wish it filtered all the fluoride out. I also wish the taste was more improved. I don't notice much taste difference at all. It is very easy to install and use. I like the design and the fact that I don't have to keep filling up a pitcher every day.

Product is exactly as I wanted/needed, low profile slim design and water tastes oh so good! The length of the pipe is a bit small in my opinion, but I guess this is due to design, if not, please make it a bit lengthier, would help put this thing a bit further away
