I've used the filter for about a week now. The installation was very easy and the unit sits right on the back of the sink without a lot of annoying cables and cords. The water tastes good. I love my water filter. Its so much easier than hassling with the Britta water pitcher and the water tastes immeasurably better. I was worried that the device would take up too much precious counter space in my tiny kitchen but its much lower profile than the water pitcher and extremely easy to set up.
