Installed it the day I received it. The water was coming out of the diverted backwards or towards the back of the sink. I called CS the next morning only to be told by Brittany N Shelton that I needed to use a wrench for installation or the diverted would leak. I don’t think she understood the issue even after sending her a video and photos. I asked about a new diverted and was told I would have to pay for it, mind you this is the morning of the second day of use.
I am hoping this does not fall on deaf ears and that someone contacts me or sends me a new diverter.

Easy to install, looks nice on my sink. Water tastes delicious, and it filters fast. A good feature is that the water is filtered and returns through a second line back to the faucet, allowing filling of different size containers.

I'm sure this is a good unit but I returned it. The hoses were too short and the directions were confusing regarding use of hot water. Future buyers need to make sure that the hoses are long enough for their counter/sink set up.
Cons: Difficult to install

I was hoping I could stop shlepping gallons of reverse osmosis water from the store, especially during covid lockdown, but I am not satisfied with the taste of the water. I have countertop aquasana filtration and found there was no change in total dissolved solids in tap water after filtration. I must say our tap water here in suburban Minneapolis is truly awful and virtually everyone buys drinking water. I was used to reverse osmosis drinking water and prefer the taste. But I am sold on the Aquasana water being cleaner and better for you and continue to use it for making tea/coffee, rice or pasta, rinsing berries and making lemonade. But for a straight glass of water, I'm still shelpping.
