We have used the Aquasana under counter filtration system for our drinking water for years. We liked it so much that we got a system for my mom. The system is fairly easy to install depending on the configuration of your cabinet. Water flow is adequate, could be a bit better but that is probably the price you pay for the filtration action. Changing the filters requires some manual strength.

The original install was fairly easy and straightforward, the directions were clear and easy to understand. Replacing the filters is an easy task and takes very little amount of time! Being on the automatic shipment of the filters even removes the "hassle" of having to remember WHEN to do it!
