The original install was fairly easy and straightforward, the directions were clear and easy to understand. Replacing the filters is an easy task and takes very little amount of time! Being on the automatic shipment of the filters even removes the "hassle" of having to remember WHEN to do it!

I really like the autoship program because they send the filters to you regularly to remind you to change them. They are easy to change and do a great job on the water. Definitely recommend this product. Cheaper per gallon than all others. Great value for the $. Convenient too.

We use this and the shower filter every day! I love the convenience and how the water tastes! I could not do without my Aquasana filter. The under counter unit was a bit more difficult to install than the counter unit that we upgraded from but well worth the effort and less clutter around my sink.
