I've been using the under sink system since the summer of 2021, when a houseguest from Chicago was freaking out that I drank tap water. The tap water where we live (central illinois) is actually really good. But, I bowed to peer pressure and got the undersink system and I have to say, the filtered water is a huge improvement in taste. The replacement process has been very easy, since they mail me the filters and the machine beeps when it's time to change every 6 months.
Pros: Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow, Easy to install
I have been a Water for Life customer for almost a decade. Aquasana has continued to improve and fool-proof their water filter design, making it easier to install new filters without tools.
Pros: Easy to clean, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Durable, Easy to install
Moved into a home that already had these installed, thought the new filters would help but the water still doesn't taste great and makes tea and coffee stain our mugs, even though we've never had this problem with other water.
System is great so far. Wish I could get a response to the 2 emails I sent. You should offer a 3 filter per year option. Or a set your own filter replacement frequency. Many other companies do this and you cold sell a lot more filters.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Nice faucet, Easy to install
Water come out very slowly. Very disappointed in product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello,
We certainly wish to help resolve this soon! Kindly proceed with the following troubleshoot steps:
Step 1: Turn off the main water supply underneath the sink. Step 2: Remove the sump from the manifold and reconnect. Step 3: Ensure that the connection points align correctly and turn the sump from the left to the right until it stops. Step 4: If the sump is not locked in the correct position, it can slow the flow of your system. This process should mitigate that issue. Step 5: Once re-threaded and re-attached, test by turning the water supply back on.
