This most recent version of the under-sink system is so incredibly easy to manage! Replacing the filters is a snap with clear labels and super simple instructions. I used to dread having to change filters, and would often let an extra month slip by before finally breaking down and switching, but now I don't even think about it. I am a long-time customer and have never once thought of "shopping around". I am a true Water For Life Customer!

When the Rogue river gets warm and low in the summer i can taste the green slimy flora in the water (after the filtration plant) with the Aquasana filter the taste of the flora and chlorine are gone. I have this filter in the kitchen only so i get the bad taste in the bathroom faucet. (yes i have drank straight out of the river so i know the taste) a lot of folks don't know the difference until i give them a demo of the water in both faucets and then they realize what they are drinking and get a filter at least for there drinking and cooking water. I also have the shower filter to get rid of the awful smell and taste. I would have the whole house filter system but i don't have the room. I highly recommend getting a good filter system for your drinking water.

The water tastes great and is easy to install and use. I did like the old system better due to faster flow speed so I could use filters longer. So instead of 7 months, now I get 5 months from a filter. The "replace filter alert" is kinda annoying when trying to stretch replacement time.

Got the aquasana under counter filter a little over a year ago when remodeling the kitchen. Had been using filter pitchers, which I had become pretty dissatisfied with: heavy, need refilling often, wait time when refilling, need cleaning. This solves all those problems. This is my second time to replace the filter. They last about 7 months for me. It's not difficult. I did struggle at first, but now put a mirror underneath so I can see to line it up.
