I've had an Aquasana for 10 years now, and would NOT be without one. The old system worked well but was a real headache come filter-change time. The new, upgraded sink top system changes all that. Changing filters is as easy as opening a jar of pickles. just unscrew the holders, replace the filters and screw back on--NO TOOLS NEEDED! I'm not a plumber, so I would recommend the sink-top faucet be professionally installed. Once it's installed, you'll NEVER have to buy bottled water again.

The new style cartridges are very difficult for me to replace. The hard twisting effort required is hard on my hands-very painful since I've developed a painful form of arthritis within the last 2 yrs. Hope you develop a useful wrench type device for these cartridges.
