Great filter, i use it for drinking , cooking.... The faucet on top of the sink is getting old and need replacement, after 2years. And i like the new added battery to indicate when to change.

This is my second Aquasana under-cabinet water filter system. My first unit is in the kitchen and it's been in production for about 3 years. The filter replacements show up by mail every 6 months and are extremely easy to replace. This new unit is in my bar and is installed in-line with the cold water line to the bar faucet (no separate filtered water spigot). Another T from the filter output leads to the ice cube maker in the bar. Absolutely perfect crystal clear ice cubes - can't beat that.

I use the filtered water for all drinking and cooking. It has improved everything from my morning coffee to the Ice in my drinks. It does take a little longer to fill a pot of water but it's not a problem for me. I just let it run and do something else that I need to do while it is filling if it is a large pot.

No problems installing unit. When changing the filter I would like to see a dedicated cutoff for the unit so I would not have to use the main line cutoff. Sometines the main line cutoff will not completely cut off the water when they get very old and having a separate dedicated cutoff you be a nice option. Otherwise, I have no complaints or other recommendations.
