I've been a customer for years. Before finding Aquasana I was buying bottled water which was expensive, inconvenient and didn't have a great taste. I also tried the pitcher type filters that were okay but not as efficient and convenient as Aquasana under counter filter system. It is so simple to install and it has an alarm as a reminder when filters need to be changed. Now I have water not only for drinking but also for cooking.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Long lasting filter, Good Water Flow, Durable, Nice faucet, Easy to install

So in Kentucky we had a whole home water softener / filtration system with a reverse osmosis system for drinking (by another manufacturer). When we moved to North Carolina our new home had this system installed so I just replaced the filters. This system works great. The water tastes amazing. Without the filters there is a heavy chlorine smell, post filters it gone.

My water was nearly too “flavorful “ to drink- but my Aquasana has changed that so that it’s refreshing and simply delicious to drink. I am moving soon and plan to instal a new unit in our new home. Thanks!

I ended up returning the system after it was installed and used for several weeks, as well as the extra filters that I had purchased on the original order for a credit card refund. I paid the cost of the return shipping, which I thought was fair and well explained in their warranty statement.; I used my already-installed faucet from a previously installed water filter system, so it was returned as NEVER USED, and the extra filers that I returned were never installed either, so they can resell those items as NEW.

Cons: Slow pour
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We purchased a home that had this filter system in the kitchen. I changed the filter and the water only dripped out the whole time, ran the water for 30 min. no change. Decided to remove this from my kitchen, so I do not need to reorder.
