It was too difficult for me to install the replacement filters. I had to pay someone to do it. I like the product but the filters are too expensive and too difficult to install for the average person.

Love everything about this water filtration system. However, as time goes by, the water flow slows down. I was told as the filter ages, that might happen. But replacing the filters every 6 months (I'm on water for life) solves the problem.
