Unfortunately product is disappointing. I ordered new filter holders and tops because they were leaking. New ones are better, but one of them has a slow leak still. Not impressed - I've only had this system for a bit over a year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far we have really liked this product. We installed an aquasauna filtering system because the one we had no longer made the filters for it. It works well, makes our water taste good, and we have pretty bad water! All in all it is was a satisfying purchase.

Filter kit should come with 2 new large O-rings. I had to use sealant on one side when I reinstalled it because it leaked. Overall a really great system but add O-rings to the replacement cartridge kit.....

My husband was able to install the new filters in a fairly simple process, but he did say it was hard to get into the crevice where the system was housed outside our kitchen sink. My mom didn't want reverse osmosis or anything really huge and she's been happy with this system.
