No serious complaints. Slow fill would be one. Occasional piece of black slime comes out. Have to watch while filling the cup. Washing spout as per directions helps. Replacements seem a bit expensive.

I use the Aquasana filter to improve the quality and taste of my drinking water and I use it to cook with also. I am impressed and happy with the taste of the filtered water and the amount of chemicals and micron- sized substances that are filtered out of the water. However, the new filters are much more difficult than the original to unscrew and now replace two times a year, as opposed to once. It is very difficult to grasp the filter properly with my hands and turn it. After some difficulty, my husband finally achieved it , but not without a struggle. The original filters were much easier for me to replace without my husbands help. The new filters could use a plastic wrench or device to help me torque it properly.
