I purchased the water filtration system when I remodeled my kitchen so mine is mounted under the kitchen sink. This is my second filter refill. Removing the old filter was difficult because I didn't have the grip strength to hold and screw it off which is why this is getting a "4" rating. Luckily my fiance was visiting so he took care of it. Installing the new filter was very easy to do, the instructions were clear and concise, it's nice that you include a new battery too. I use the filtered water for drinking, cooking and watering my plants. I love the taste of the water from this filter and I plan to get many years of healthy drinking water from my system.
