The filter is great. I can definitely taste the difference between Aquasana filter and the one that i have been using. I am very pleased with the whole product. It sits on my counter and it delivers the best water. My only complaint is that the machine is too loud when I'm dispensing water. Overall I love my Aquasana Clean Water Machine.

I like the replaceable design and the water tastes good, but just filling a glass takes a good long time. When filling a pot for coffee, it takes too long, so I just use the unfiltered tap water to boil.

I recently replaced the 2-stage drinking water filter but found that there was a leak afterward. I had to disassemble a re-assemble things three times before the leak stopped.

The overall system design is well thought out and replacing the filters is very easy. Install is fairly simple, keep the little plastic wrench, it's needed because it's on there pretty tight. Overall, these are just too expensive and I wish there were a cheaper alternative.
