This newer filter has been working noticeably better than the earlier model. Water comes out faster and - at least with this set of filters - with less of an after-drip (once the water is turned off) - only a second or two. It was easy to install and LOOKS like it will be much easier to change the filters. I haven't had the water tested, but it sure passes the "taste test!" No chlorine taste!!

This easy to install system greatly improves the water quality throughout the year. Here in North Texas the lakes "turn over" late each summer (technically an algae blossoms) which makes the water taste and smell dirty. This systems removes all that far better thn prior systems we have used.
