I love this filter set, we do the auto refill so we get one every six months. For us that is just about when it is getting really slow and need a new one. The old ones are disgusting by the time I change them out, so they seem to be doing their job nicely

I wish the filters weren't so intrusive. We had the smaller unit for over the counter, but was so difficult to replace filters I got the bigger unit for under the counter. Filters easier to replace but unit is too bulky. Looking forward to when they can make a compact easy to use filter

I installed my AquaSana system back in 07 when I transferred to Texas from Seattle. The first thing I noticed here was the bad water taste. Well this system took care of that problem. I am on the automatic ship, so I don't even need to remember to change the filters. The new replacement system that was sent to me is super. The filters are very easy to change now. About 5 minutes compared to 30+ minutes. Overall, I am very pleased with the system.
