I have an undersink mount filtration system in the kitchen and use it for drinking and cooking. I recently upgraded to the new filters and found it very difficult to open the canisters to remove and replace the filters. It required assistance from my neighbor and his tool bench! I love the filtered water though, since my water is very chlorinated, so it is worth it, and I hope next time I can figure out how to open the canisters myself.
