Everything is great....except shortly after installing the unit on my sink top the lever doesn't lock the way it used to. I now have to hold the lever in order to fill a pot of water, that's tiring. Is there a fix for that problem?

Lasts much longer than faucet mounted filters. I've had the Aquasauna for a year with no leaks and only have to replace filters twice a year. straight forward install if you have a hole in sink. Nice clean water...tastes great.

Great filtration and much improved ease of cartridge changing with upgrade to the yellow and orange cartridge system. Only apparent fault so far appears to be the lack of reinforcement provided to keep the mounting holes from cracking as screws are tightened to their required amount. Plastic is thin and does not sit flush to a flat mounting surface. I included a washer system and shims to protect the product.

Although we have city water where we live, it was not all that great tasting and actually made ice with an odor. Since moving there in 1997 we've installed a whole house filter and a water softener to make the water more palatable, which still didn't seem to work. About a year ago after getting tired of buying bottled water to drink we started to look at under sink water filters, after doing so looking around on-line we ran across this system, read some reviews and decided to purchase it. We are absolutely delighted with the water taste as well as the ice without odors. By signing up for the water for life program we even get new filters every six months to remind us too change them. Our two grandsons even drink more water.
