I upgraded from the old design and love this new design! It's much more durable and so much easier to replace the filters. I used to hate having to replace the filters, so waited as long as possible. Now it takes less than five minutes and is a breeze. Now, as always, the water tastes great!

The reason I checked difficult to install is because of the cramped space under the sink. It it were out in thr open it would be a very simple install. The hardest part is installing the spigot between your sink and the wall.

I fill glass bottles (no cases of plastic bottles breaking my back nor wasting resources in manufacturing them). I chill 6 at a time in the frig. They are convenient to carry in my lunch cooler and stay cool with a 'blue ice' all afternoon. I wanted to decrease chemicals in my drinking and food prep water and these filters do the trick.
