I use it at the kitchen sink. I have very well rated city water. I couldn't believe how much more this unit was able to filter that supply. It lasts about three months.
Pros: Clean taste, Convenient, Durable, Easy to clean, Easy to install, Long lasting filter, Reliable
People with manufactured homes will need additional fittings for attaching the water line to the filter since the plumbing is different from homes built on site.
Pros: Clean taste, Durable, Easy to clean, Easy to install, Long lasting filter
The new unit is much better, I have experienced no leaks. I actually pre-filter the water and it still plugs up after 6-7 months. I find this unusual, my experience with water filtration systems is that if you invest in a pre-filter, the Aquasana filters should extend the usable filtration period and not plug up as soon. However this has not been my real time experience, I plan to try other pre-filter elements to see if that makes a difference.
Pros: Clean taste, Durable, Easy to clean, Easy to install, No Leaks
Good and affordable. We only use Aquasana filtered water for drinking and cooking. There was a marked visual improvement in water quality and also improvement in taste. Our only criticism is that it tends to slow down long before the 6 month replacement comes in. We usually endure 2 to 3 months of very slow filtration rate once the filters become clogged with debris.
