I like the filters but I am having a plumber come back for the 3rd time because one of tbe filters leaks
Pros: No odor, Clean taste
Cons: Slow pour, Difficult to install

We have been using this product for over 12 years. That alone should tell you how highly we feel about the product and service.
I hired a handy man to do the installation, but if you are a DIYer this shouldn't be difficult. You can always taste the crispness of the water after the filters are replaced. And, you definitely don't need a handyman to replace the filters.
What I love the most is the auto shipping service for filter replacement. This makes the process so simple; especially if you tend to be a little forgetful about re-ordering items for your household.
