I really like it because it it taking too much space Uber the sink. But I am not able to unscrew those cups to replace filters. I’ve tried not tighten them but still I have to look for help.
Pros: Long lasting filter
Cons: Difficult to install

Begins easy and then becomes a pain in the butt.

This filter was so easy when I first got it about a year ago. Bought it, put the filters in, hung it up and loved it. Got the new filters 6ish months later, easy change out and continued loving it. But for whatever reason filters change number 3 isn't working. Repeated all steps, watched the video, everything. For some reason the filters don't twist into the housing portion anymore. I have tried for hours to twist them in and when I turn the water back on all it does is shoot water across my floor. I have done every trick in the book, prayed to the filter gods, and even almost tore a muscle trying to get these suckers in. This started so great and has now ended so badly. I'm about to take it all out and throw it away by how frusted I am.

Cons: Difficult to install, Not durable

I have been using Aquasana water systems for around 15 years. The problem with my original countertop one has become equally problematic with the under-the-counter model. When it comes time to replace the filters, it takes hours of trying to release the caps of the old filters! The vacuum that is created by the filter housing allows the water to flow but is way too strong for me to turn the caps to release it. I am female and in the 55 - 65 age range, as is the other person in the house. We take turns trying to twist off the caps, but cannot get enough of a grip even with rubber kitchen gloves. I appreciate the product but it is made for young, strong people only.
