I enjoyed the original filter cartriges from my initial order with the filter system. It began beeping only after a few months and I realized the filter had to be changed. I ordered directly from the website so I thought it would be an easy fix, however that was far from the case. It leaked everywhere. A few choice words from my husband, and several towels later, along with with some trial and error fixes, it works and the leaking stopped. It shouldnt be that hard. My husband read, reread and reread the directions, watched a you tube video over and over to figure out what the problem was.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Nice faucet
Cons: Slow pour, Filters need replacing too often
I would recommend this to a friend!

I could not remove the factory installed filter by hand. Fortunately I was able to find the wrench that came in the original packaging. Rest of installation was easy. Instructions say to tighten the filters by hand. Suggest factory do the same.

Has worked very well. Water taste is, "no taste" which is the best. Filter changes are fast, under 10 minutes. The only change, better water flow. But, a few seconds is not going to make a difference.
