I have been suing the Aquasana Claryum 2 stage filter system for over 10 years and it has always provided excellent filtration and better tasing drinking water.

We have good water where I live, but out water comes from a large lake that is affected by algae bloom in late summer and fall. It makes the water taste terrible. I love the taste of good clean water and Aquasana delivers. I have had this system for many years and have always been quite happy with the taste.

I have been using Aquasana filters for about 15 years now. I was drawn to them because they appeared to have integrity. Each of their filters came with a Certificate of Authenticity, with verified third party testing of the filters along with a chart of all the contaminants they filter out. My recent order of replacement filters however, has no mention of what they filter out, nor a certificate of authenticity. What's up with that? Might be time to look for a new filter company. My pure water is too important for messing around with questionable products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to install & water tastes excellent. Feel the water does come out a little slow, but I imaging that's the filtration process. I've adjusted to the slower water rate. So yes I would buy again. Oh...followed the instructions on the DIY install. And no leaks!

I enjoyed the original filter cartriges from my initial order with the filter system. It began beeping only after a few months and I realized the filter had to be changed. I ordered directly from the website so I thought it would be an easy fix, however that was far from the case. It leaked everywhere. A few choice words from my husband, and several towels later, along with with some trial and error fixes, it works and the leaking stopped. It shouldnt be that hard. My husband read, reread and reread the directions, watched a you tube video over and over to figure out what the problem was.

Cons: Slow pour, Filters need replacing too often
