This is my third replacement filter, the second one was very sluggish and had to wait until it ran it's course(which took awhile).With this replacement, I can finally see what we were missing in terms of water flow. Now it's a pleasure to use it and will definitely buy it again and recommend it.

Too short

I've bought two sets of these replacement filters. Water would not flow through them. Returned the first set thinking maybe just a bad set. Second set did same thing. Measured original filter and replacement with my machinist grade dial caliper. Replacement filters are .020-.025" shorter. Doesn't seem like much but it's enough to not open the valve in the lid of canister.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the filtration system, but after the replacement of the filters the water is slow coming out, even after Aquasana sent new filters it is better but still not were the original water pressure was when I first install the filter.
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install

We certainly wish to help resolve this soon! Kindly proceed with the following troubleshooting steps:

Step 1: Turn off the main water supply underneath the sink.
Step 2: Detach the sump from the cap, and then re-attach, tightening the cap until it's flush with the sump.
Step 3: Use a sump wrench if necessary. Be sure to avoid over-tightening, as an under, or over-tightened cap can damage the hardware and cause leaks in your system. This process should mitigate that issue.
Step 4: Once re-threaded and re-attached, test by turning the water supply back on.
