After a competitors’ undersink water filter exploded under the sink after initial installation ( because the company failed to mention in its procedure manual to first open up the outlet valves before opening the inlet valves to allow air to escape as water pours into the filters) I switched to Aquasana. Since that time 15 years ago I have used Aquasana exclusively for all my drinking and cooking needs for my family. Each time after about 6 months, I am amazed that the old first filter is always gray colored from the impurities removed, and the second step filter is gray as well. Both filters when new are always bright white. Water tastes great and I am very happy these filters are doing a great job protecting my family and guests.

I’ve had the filter system for a few years and it has worked well. Our municipal water is “safe” but not a pleasant taste. The filtration system completely cleans up the taste issues. I don’t know about other health related filtration, but it’s municipal water so I’m not concerned. Water flow is a bit slow, but you get use to it and it isn’t an issue. All good.

It's important to use filtered water no matter how good your city water might be. After 6-8 months of using these under the sink filters, I can see how well they performed. They are doing their job. I am a regular customer, on their convenient automatic schedule. Even the dogs get this filtered water.

The filters work good. Installing is something else, one goes on good? No leaks but the front on is terrible to stop leaking. We may have to have this system taken out in 6 months

I am mechanically inclined, however, I think some people might find it hard to install. I have it hooked up to water line to our refridgerator in our basement as line goes from under to fridge in kitchen upstairs
