I bought my unit years ago and the water for Life program was always quick to answer questions and upgrade me as needed. My unit is now under the counter and gives me much better tasting water than our old bottle delivery system did, plus this is healthier and cheaper and we never run out. All around win. The 2 stage system is easy to replace cartridges than the old system and only once did I hear the beep that they needed replacing, and that time i checked my email and my replacements had already been shipped. You can change timing at any time if you get your new filters and dont get around to installing them until 2 weeks later or are away, etc. Very easy and affordable.
