Replaced filter because they were leaking under sink. Lots of other people on here said the same thing. Replaced the o-rings and stopped the leaks.

The concept of replacement was easy peasy! No confusing steps, simple, clear guidance. The only issue is that to remove the old filters, I needed the strength of the Hulk! These babies were so tight, I almost could not do it. It took me almost 20 minutes of torqueing to get the first one undone. The second was about 10 minutes.
If there were a tool that came with the replacements to help unscrew them, that would be ideal. If you are elderly, or have weakness in your hands, or have any kind of disability with your hands and arms....call a friend to help.

Cons: Difficult to install

Water filter is fine. I've replaced cartridges just once so far. I want a system I don't have to think about but cleans the water. Most important to me, though, is getting help when things don't go well. I needed help with a leak and a noise and am still amazed at how easy it was to reach a person who could help. I'd give Aquasana 10 stars for that experience alone.
