When I originally bought the unit these filters go into, there would be a beeping sound when 6 months was up and the filters needed replacing. That no longer seems to work, and I keep forgetting to write down when I have changed the filters (my fault). Otherwise, this product works and I believe it is the best on the market.

New filters come every six months. Easy to change out. With this product we can count on great tasting water. Has to be better for our overall health.
