We have used this filter system for a number of years and are completely satisfied. The water definitely tastes better and I don't worry about purity. The filter system is easy to use although the vacuum created by the containers means you have to muscle it a bit to get the tops off. The only thing I would improve is that I want the water to flow faster from the faucet.
