When we bought this 1865 classic home a year ago we found the Aquasana in place. A new box of filters was under the sink and labeled to be replaced the month we moved in. We contacted Aquasana and got set up on a regular delivery system for the replacement filters. We have now changed the filter inserts twice, since the original change and are having absolutely no problem with the system at all. We love the spigot system and the clean, clear water it delivers us every day. It is all we put in our dogs water bowl and travel canteens. We are VERY PLEASED with this system. Thank You!

Great healthy water at my sink. What a nightmare to change. Also, the hand held shower filter is a nightmare. Having to totally remove filter from shower arm, separate from holder then untwist filter eek! I am an athletic senior widow and can do all this but don't know others seniors that can perform like a plumber.

Cons: Difficult to install, extremely physically demanding to change filter, senior has to sit down on floor, women have smaller hands difficult twist off old
