This is hilarious! It broke within two weeks. No more in stock. I must have been sent the defective one passed around. My turn for the slug I guess. Hahahahahah what a joke

Leaks all the time. Can no longer get replacement pitcher. Aquasana would no longer honor the warranty on the Clean Water Machine Dispenser after 3 months. They discontinued the product and left me cold.
Cons: Not durable

Excellent and clean tasting water

Really love this water filter for our home. Very cost effective vs having to buy an entire home filtration system in our apartment.
Pros: Clean taste, Good Water Flow, Durable, Easy to install

Poor management Integrity!

My 2 units failed, therefore I shipped them back with a follow up call only to be informed that you dumped them in the trash bin. Thanks a lot for your "integrity". No ability to get them back repaired or exchanged or replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
