We are so happy with the Aquasana Clean Water Machine. We have had it almost a year. We have used water delivery services before, but found the 5 gallon bottles an inconvenience. We love having a countertop option for water. The product does exactly what it states it will do, and provides water we love to drink.

I bought a month ago. The water tastes great. My only concern is it that it doesn't fill up all the time when you set it back in. I had to fully empty it, dry it off and the base, and then it was fine. Have heard that can start to happen but so far, good.

This is the second Aquasana product I have bought with the 'Water for life' program.
I was very satisfied with the performance of the first one, which was a three-stage, under-counter model.
The Clean Water Machine is not as nice.
The reason for this is the pump is very noisy. The vibration of the pump is not well damped. These two facts belie their slogan concerning 'obsessive engineering'.
Other than that, the water that is filtered through it tastes better and makes a better cup of tea than the tap water in my apartment building.
Although the pump is too noisy, it is a great convenience to have a pitcher of water filtered in less than 60 seconds.
The pitcher itself is well balanced.
A good product I think. But if it were possible to plumb-in the under-counter model in my apartment, I would have bought that model.

Very happy with the ease of use. It is a bit noisy but that is expected because it forces the water through the filter, allowing it to filter much faster than a drip.
