Easy to use, tastes great, just bulky

The purifier sits on the counter and is relatively slim so it’s out of the way. The process is fast although noisy for about 30 seconds and the water is great after treatment. My only complaint is the size of the pitcher, too large for my side by side fridge so I have to transfer to a different pitcher for cold water. Otherwise we love it and have recommended this for friends!
Pros: Clean taste, Easy to install

Good product, but not without its issues.

We have been using this filter for a few months now. It delivers great tasting water, so I have no doubt it works as claimed. On the downside, it's hard to place the container onto the base without water leaking out. We often have water trapped in between the filter and the base. Sometimes enough gets in there that it leaks out and you have to remove the container, clean up the water and then try again. This part of the design was poorly thought out. Also, the unit is quite loud. I have to keep a pitcher of water in the fridge as the unit wakes up family members if used once others have gone to bed. Hard to imagine a quitter system wasn't available.
So, overall the unit seems to work well, but it's not without its issues.

Leaks all over

I had this system for a few years and it stopped working, but it was old so I replaced it bc I liked it. The first one I got started leaking all over my counter and I called and they replaced it. The second one wouldn’t stop trying to cycle the water and also leaked, so they sent me a third one and now that one is leaking. Customer service is now sending me a part but I have no faith it will work and I’ll probably end up returning it.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Easy to install
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unfortunately these things tend to leak like a sieve. I’ve owned 4 over the years and within a few months they leak all over the counter and make a mess

Not only did the stupid thing leak constantly and sound like a garbage truck, it decided to short out and pump all of its contents onto the counter in the middle of the night. I came down to find a flood, water everywhere and the machine was still running. This is also a replacement. Unit, because the first one was also defective. Waste of money.
Cons: Not durable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
