horrible! Avoid at all costs.

I've had this one for a few years now. I've even had to request replacements from aquasana. The unit leaks horribly. It's so loud that you shouldn't use it at night or it might wake the neighbors. Also, the reset button that allows you to reset for a new filter broke on my replacement after a few months. Honestly, you would be better to get just a regular pitcher.
Pros: Clean taste
Cons: Slow pour, Not durable

The machine leaks water all over the counter

The machine filters water very quickly, and it tastes great as all water does filtered with Aquasana products. The problem is that the machine leaks water after filtering, assumingly from residual water left inside? Its getting progressively worse, and now has rendered the machine a very expenisve countertop ornament..
Pros: Clean taste
Cons: Not durable

This is literally the WORST water filter machine ever. Every time when it filters the water, it will LEAKS everywhere at the bottom back of the machine. ( we change back and forth like 3 times...) And it’s very very loud. Dont buy it... save you all the troubles....

Leaks badly. I even did a warranty exchange, and the replacement leaks worse than the original. There are serious quality assurance problems with this item. The idea of powered water filtration is very smart, but whether it's poor engineering or bad quality control in the manufacturing process, this product leaks so badly and so consistently that I would recommend avoiding it. I just today got an in-line water cooler installed, because while there's a risk of the water line to the new water cooler springing a leak, there's 100% chance that my Aquasana unit was going to leak all over my kitchen counter.

filters are good but the counter filter leaks and runs constantly. I have several and gave two away as gifts,, No need to send a photo of it running constantly and leaking.
Pros: Easy to clean, Clean taste, Easy to install

Pump sounds broken & very noisy. Leaks all over! The water container even when full is loose and wobbly. The water container and other parts are just very thin poorly designed cheap plastic. The water container should be glass and the pump needs more power and much better insulation and isolation due to excessive noise and vibration.

I purchased the Aquasana Clean water machine for the counter and it broke in 8 months! Very poor quality, especially for the price! I'll never purchase from this company again!
