9 months of leaks and now another dud

I wanted to love this filter. The water tastes so much better! It's noisy, but I got over that. It leaks from the bottom where the plug connects, which seems REALLY dangerous. Sometimes it leaks from the top unless I just strong arm it when I replace the filter. It also eats filters like a part time job. I know our water is hard, but it's not Flint and we're still changing the filters MONTHLY when used only for drinking water. That's a REALLY HIGH recurring expense I did not anticipate. After replacing the filter because it was red all day yesterday, I held the resent button until the light did what it's supposed to, put the top on and primed it. That was fine. The first glass after that, I got a red light again. I took the top back off, hit the reset button, and tried to put the lid on again with more force. Red. Unplugged and did it all again. Red. Unplugged and repeated a third time. Now I have a constant purple light and no function at all. What a waste of money for counter hog with a 6 month lifespan.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Nice faucet
Cons: Slow pour, Filters need replacing too often, Not durable

It's loud, it leaks all ove the place and stopped working after 1.5 months! Looked all over to figure out what's wrong. I was told to replace filter. Did that. It still doesn't work and is just sitting there leaking all over the place. Very dissatisfied
Pros: Easy to install
Cons: Filters need replacing too often, Not durable

Leaks all the time. Can no longer get replacement pitcher. Aquasana would no longer honor the warranty on the Clean Water Machine Dispenser after 3 months. They discontinued the product and left me cold.

Excellent and clean tasting water

Really love this water filter for our home. Very cost effective vs having to buy an entire home filtration system in our apartment.
