Tastes so good!

The water from this filter is on par with bottled natural spring water like Evian. It makes my hard water at home taste so good with no aftertaste like a lot of water does. It tastes better than the filtered water at my office.
Pros: No odor, Clean taste, Durable
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaks & mold

I’ve had two of these and they both leak terribly. There’s always a puddle underneath it so I have it sitting on a cookie sheet ever since the water ran down & damaged my cabinets. Customer service sent me another one but it leaks just like the first one. It comes out of the top, runs down the side & looks like it’s leaking from the bottom. And you constantly have to wash & keep dry the top part where the water dispenses because a black slimy mold is always present. I like the filter, the water tastes great but introducing mold isn’t healthy, defeats the purpose. It’s very loud and it takes up a lot of counter space along with my leak catcher cookie sheet, so it was a big disappointment for a hundred bucks, husband hates it and I expected better. But since I won’t see a refund, I have been dealing with the constant clean up. Make sure you have lots of paper towels ready!

Cons: Slow pour, Not durable

Products should come with a mop and bucket

After watching What Lies Upstream on Netflix, I thought I would get a water filter to try and remove that you might not even know lurks in the water. This did definitely make the water taste way better. But sure enough, after a few weeks it started leaking, not just a little bit, a lot. It is such a pain to constantly mop up. I can’t even pinpoint where it comes from, it feels like everywhere! I had to put a container underneath to capture the excess and have to empty it daily. Now, it flashes red which is meant to be an indication to change the filter, the filter is meant to last at least 6 months! I’ve only had the machine for a couple of months and only refill once a day, beginning to use it at the very end of September with the red flashing initiated at the start of December. A friend advised her machine also had the red flashing but stopped after a couple of weeks, so I waited but still no change after a month. I also bought the Aquasana shower head and it leaks too (but in the bath so less of a pain). I just do not understand how basic design flaws are not immediately corrected?! I have emailed Aquasana about both products and even though they promise to respond within one business day, I have heard nothing.

My opinion on the countertop water machine.

I purchased my water machine back in November 2020. I have absolutely no complaints, I just wish the machine was a little bigger. I says that the two filters should last for 6 months I believe. However, one filter may last me two months. I do
recommend this to someone who is considering it.

Terrible leaking problems

I have been using Aquasana for years. My original machine quit working. Customer service sent me a replacement. It leaked all over the counter. They sent me another machine. It is just as bad as the first replacement. Do not purchase a counter top unit, they used to be a great product. They are terrible now.

Poor Quality

This product is junk!!! Bought now a second unit and it leaks all over . The top by the filter and water pours out the bottom and even from the electric cord opening!! Do not buy!! Guarantee does not cover replacement ( out of stock) or refund.
Cons: Not durable

it's noisy, and re-filtrate water after first done

After filtrate water, sometimes, the machine re-filtrate. It's very noisy. Hard to position it right, and hard to take out.
